On build 23575 for Windows 11, Microsoft appears to be working on a new settings page for the “Copilot” feature. The page is meant to house the different settings to customize the experience.
The page appears in the “Personalization” section, and Microsoft is calling it “Copilot in Windows.” However, at the time of this writing, it only includes one option that allows you to start the Copilot when the system starts, but it’s not functional.
Although it’s unlike Microsoft will include an option to disable Copilot completely, I think this page may include different settings regarding privacy, options to manage connection with different plugins, and other settings to change the behavior of the AI chatbot.
If you want to get hands-on with the new settings page in the Settings app, you can download the “ViveTool” command-line utility from GitHub to enable the experience (via @PhantomOfEarth) on your computer.
In this guide, I’ll teach you the steps to enable the new Copilot page on Windows 11.
Enable new Copilot settings page on Windows 11
To enable the new Copilot page for the Settings app on Windows 11 (build 23575), use these steps:

Download the ViveTool-vx.x.x.zip file to enable the new Copilot settings page.

Double-click the zip folder to open it with File Explorer.

Click the Extract all button.

Click the Extract button.

Copy the path to the folder.

Open Start.

Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.

Type the following command to navigate to the ViveTool folder and press Enter:
cd c:\folder\path\ViveTool-v0.x.x
In the command, remember to change the path to the folder with your path.

Type the following command to enable the Home page for Settings and press Enter:
vivetool /enable /id:45690501

Restart the computer.
Once you complete the steps, the next time you open the Settings app, in the “Personalization” section, you will find a new “Copilot in Windows” page to get a glimpse of the experience.

If you change your mind, you can revert the changes with the same instructions, but on step 10, make sure to use the vivetool /disable /id:45690501 command and then restart the computer.
