  • To change your account picture on Windows 11, open Settings > Accounts > Your info.
  • Click the “Browse files” button and select a new profile picture.
  • Or click the “Open Camera” button and take a picture.

On Windows 11, when you create an account using a Microsoft account, it will get your online profile picture, and if you create a local account, the system will assign a generic image.

If you prefer to display a different image, you can change the Windows 11 account picture to anything you want to make the experience a little more personal.
