Although on Windows 10X, you cannot right-click an image to select the “Set as desktop background” option and themes are not supported, you can still change the desktop background image to anything you want. You only need to download the image you want to use from the web or have pictures already available in your OneDrive account.

Click on Personalization.

When changing the desktop background, the system may create a new “BackgroundImage.jpg” file in the original file’s source location.
