To download the Windows 10 ISO directly to the service, use these steps:

Warning: If you get the “This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10” error message is because your device has a USB external storage or SD card attached and Microsoft is blocking the update. To successfully upgrade your device, remove any external storage (except the one with the installation files), and then restart the May 2019 Update again.
  1. Open the MSDN portal.

  2. Sign-in with your subscription credentials.

  3. Click the Download tab.

  4. Search for Windows 10 (consumer editions), version 1903.

  5. Click the Download button.

After you complete the steps, you can double-click the file to mount the ISO, and running the Setup.exe file will start the in-place upgrade process.
