Google Chrome has included support for toast notifications for a long time, but it’s been a custom implementation. However, starting with version 68, the search giant is introducing native Windows 10 notifications.
The new feature works to show toast and Action Center notifications for web apps and websites configured to push notifications.

How to enable or disable Chrome native notifications
To enable or disable Chrome’s native Action Center notifications on Windows 10, use the following steps:

Open Chrome.
Quick Tip: You must be running Google Chrome version 68+ to use control notifications. You can check if you’re running the latest version on main menu > Help > About Google Chrome. -
Type the following path in the address bar and press Enter:
chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications

Use the drop-down menu on the right and select Enabled (or Disable to turn the feature off).

Click the Relaunch now button.
Once you’ve completed the steps, web apps and websites you allowed will show pop notifications and alerts in Action Center.
How to manage Chrome native notifications
If you want to customize the experience, you can adjust the settings using the Notifications settings in the Settings app.

Open Settings.

Click on System.

Click on Notifications.

Under “Get notifications from these senders,” select Google Chrome.
Quick Tip: If you don’t see the option, make sure to allow at least one website to push notifications, and then return to the settings page.
