Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 17744.1004 as an update described as KB4462775 for devices enrolled in the Slow ring of the Windows Insider Program.

KB4462775 is just a small update that bumps the version number to build 17744.1004, and fixes a reliability issue where restart warnings aren’t displayed for user-scheduled update restart, and addresses a problem with the Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in for Microsoft Management Console does not list System Services.

According to the company, update KB4462775 is rolling out using a new package that has been designed to download and install more efficiently.
