Microsoft is enabling tab preview with images on its Microsoft Edge browser with version 86 (Canary). The new feature, just like the legacy version of the browser for Windows 10, allows you to get a small preview with information and image of the other open tabs when hovering over with the mouse without leaving your page.
The stable version of Microsoft Edge already includes an option to enable “Tab Hover Cards,” but without a visual preview of the page. Starting with version 86, in the advanced settings page, the browser includes a new “Tab Hover Card Images” option that must be enabled alongwith the “Tab Hover Cards” option to turn on the experience.
