UPDATED 1/8/2024: On Microsoft Edge, you can change the profile picture in two ways, and in this guide, you will learn the steps to complete this configuration. On the default browser for Windows 11 or 10, there are two ways to create a profile. You can create a profile using a local account or set up a profile with a Microsoft account, which is the preferred method if you want to synchronize settings and data across devices.

However, depending on the method, the profile will get a default image. If you use a local account, then you will get a generic icon, and if you use a Microsoft account, then your account picture will appear in the profile. If you prefer to see a different image, you can use the Microsoft Edge profile settings to change it.

In this guide, I will teach you the steps to change the picture of your Microsoft Edge profile.
