As part of the 20H1 development coming in 2020, Windows 10 build 18845 is now rolling out for devices enrolled in the Fast ring with the Skip Ahead option. This is the third preview releasing in the development branch, and it’s a minor update that includes emoji version 12.0, fixes several problems, and it doesn’t introduce new features.
While we’re still a year away from the release of the 20H1 update, the company is skipping previews for the 19H2 development coming in the Fall of 2019, as a result of recent reorganization within the company that needs to align its schedule between the Azure and Windows 10 teams.
However, the 19H2 development still on track. Once the April 2019 Update releases, devices in the Windows Insider Program will resume getting builds for the second-semi annual update.
Microsoft is listing the complete set of improvements, fixes, and known issues for Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18845 at the Windows Blog.
