The update KB5034204 bumps the version number to build 22631.3078 for version 23H2 and 22621.3078 for version 22H2 and, according to the official changes, this update introduces the ability to use digital inking in some edit boxes, adds a backup option for Eye Control, and fixes problems with 7-Zip support, Start menu search, networking, and more.
