The build 21332 for Windows 10 is now rolling out in the Dev Channel of the Windows Insider Program. This is preview number 61 that Microsoft is making available for testers, and it is a small update with tweaks, changes, and fixes.
According to the announcements, “Windows 10 build 21332,” the paste as plain text in the clipboard history interface (Windows key + V), is now available to everyone. And the theme-aware splash screen for apps is once again in the operating system.
Starting with this flight, when performing a clean installation, Windows 10 will no longer install the Paint 3D and 3D Viewer apps.
Also, the company is removing the Math Input Panel due to a lack of popularity. However, the input control and math recognition engine will remain an optional feature as the “Math Recognizer.” You can install the feature from Settings > Apps > Apps & features and clicking “Optional features.”
Alongside the changes, the company says that it has decided (based on feedback) to ship the “news and interests” taskbar widget with two columns of content to offer the best experience. In upcoming updates, the widget will include the option to open it by hovering over or clicking the button in the taskbar. (Due to these changes, the company is resetting its availability, which may cause some users to lose this feature temporarily.)
Windows 10 build 21332 also ships with many fixes to resolve a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD), problems with Windows Search and Windows Update status information, issues with the Windows Subsystem for Linux, TV tuners, Bitdefender, and more.
Also, the About page is back into the Settings app.
Microsoft is listing the complete set of improvements, fixes, and known issues for Windows 10 Insider Preview build 21332 at the Windows Blog.
