Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 18855 for devices enrolled in the Skip Ahead ring. This is the fifth preview available for testers as part of the 20H1 development arriving next year, and it’s a small update that only delivers a few improvements.
Windows 10 build 18855, according to the company, introduces the ability to restore unsaved content after installing an update using Notepad. In addition, this flight ships with the same improvements for Windows Sandbox already available with build 18353 (19H1), including support for microphone and audio input, Shift + Alt + PrintScreen keyboard shortcut to activate the ease of access dialog for enabling high contrast mode, and Ctrl + Alt + Break keyboard shortcut to enter and exit full screen mode.
Alongside the new improvements, Microsoft is also announcing several known issues for Windows 10 build 18855 at the Windows Blog.
