Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 18361 for devices enrolled in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the preview number 37 available to testers as part of the April 2019 Update expected to arrive in the coming weeks.
Windows 10 build 18361, according to the company, is a minor update that only includes two fixes to address issues with virtual machines, and it resolves a BitLocker problem.
In addition, Windows 10 build 18356.16 is now also releasing in the Slow ring as cumulative update KB4494123, and it’s designed to continue testing the servicing mechanism for larger updates.
Alongside the new improvements, Microsoft is also announcing several known issues for Windows 10 build 18361 at the Windows Blog.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 18361, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
