As the April 2019 Update gets closer to be finalized, Microsoft is now pushing Windows 10 build 18351.7 for devices enrolled in the Slow ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the build number 30 becoming available for testers, and the second in the Slow ring.
Windows 10 build 18351.7, according to the company, is available as update KB4492310, and it contains the same improvements available with build 18351 in the Fast ring, but with an additional fix that was causing problems with games in the Chinese versions.
Alongside the new improvements, Microsoft is also announcing several known issues for Windows 10 build 18351.7 at the Windows Blog.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 18351.7, the update is available immediately through the Slow ring. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
