Microsoft is making available Windows 10 build 18247 for PCs in the Skip Ahead lane of the Windows Insider Program. This is the seventh preview rolling out as part of the 19H1 (version 1903) development expected to arrive sometime in spring 2019.
Windows 10 build 18247, according to the software giant, is a minor update that doesn’t include new features or big changes, but the new flight delivers a few fixes for Narrator, Microsoft Edge, and the Your Phone app icon include the “Preview” tag.
It should be noted that this preview build won’t be available for devices running the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Home and Pro editions in Czech (cs-cz).
If you want to get an early start with the next version of Windows 10, you need to change your device settings to enroll in the Skip Ahead lane as soon as possible as it’s an option available for a limited time for a limited number of participants.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 18247, the update is available immediately through the Skip Ahead option. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
