Microsoft pushes Windows 10 build 17754 for PCs in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the 31st test preview rolling out as part of the October 2018 Update, and even though it doesn’t include new features, it ships with a lot of fixes to slowly finalize version 1809 for its October official release.
Windows 10 build 17754, according to the company, doesn’t includes the watermark in the bottom-right corner, but it doesn’t mean that this is the final build.
Also, this flight includes fixes for Action Center, taskbar, multi-monitor setups, certain apps crashing, Microsoft Edge, Settings app, and build 17753 includes Narrator improvements as well.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17754, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring for PCs. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
