Microsoft is currently rolling out Windows 10 build 17738 to PCs enrolled in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the 25th preview releasing as part of the Redstone 5 development, and it’s a very small update that smashes a number of bugs and improves the overall experience.
Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17738, according to the company, addresses several issues with Microsoft Edge, Hibernation, Windows Subsystem for Linux, Notepad, and Microsoft Store. Also, this flight ships with some adjustments to improve the time it takes to render the Task Manager window on launch.
At this point in the development, all the new big features and improvements planned for the Redstone 5 update are already included in build 17738, but the update isn’t still considered a final product.
