As part of the October 2018 Update, Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 17763 for devices enrolled in the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the 36th test preview, and it’s a minor update that only includes a number of fixes.
Windows 10 build 17763, according to the company, fixes problems with Microsoft Edge, Bluetooth audio devices, battery usage, PowerShell, and it resolves issue resulting in display scaling factors not being applied correctly when viewing a full screen remote desktop window.
Although this build doesn’t ship with a watermark in the bottom-right corner, it’s still not the final version of the October 2018 Update.
In addition, Windows 10 build 17758.1004 is rolling out in the Slow ring as cumulative update KB4462120, which includes all the fixes that previously became available with build 17760 in the Fast ring.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17763, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring for PCs. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
