Windows 10 build 17744 releases with new improvements

A new Windows 10 version 1809 preview releases in the Fast ring to address a number of bugs.

Microsoft is yet again pushing another preview, this time the company is rolling out Windows 10 build 17744 for PCs to the Fast ring of the Windows Insider Program. This is the 27th update available as part of the Redstone 5 development, and even though, it doesn’t deliver new features, you’ll find a number of bug fixes.

Windows 10 build 17744, according to the company, fixes a number of problems with Timeline, Cortana, Share, Microsoft Edge, Narrator, and more. Also, the software giant warns that some users may experience Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) while signing out or shutting down their devices.

At this point in the development, all the new big features and improvements planned for the Redstone 5 update are already included in build 17744, but the update isn’t still considered a final product.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17744, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring for PCs. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
